Every Monday, La Tricoterie opens its stage to you! This season, there are two changes: We’ll be hosting all-female open mic nights once a month (check the calendar)! And the open mic schedule will be slightly adjusted to make room for the jam session! In fact, from 8 to 10 p.m., the open mic will be in full swing! You’ll be in the spotlight, in front of a supportive audience eager to hear whatever you’d like to perform—whether it’s French chanson, funk, classical, rap, or even good old garage rock, you’re welcome! There’s just one rule: perform “live” (no backing tracks with vocals added)! If you’d like to try a short performance, a poem, a show, or a magic trick—why not?—the stage is yours too! The process is simple: the lineup, divided into 15-minute slots, is only available on the day of the event starting at 7 PM (no advance registration by email or phone!), so come as early as possible to sign up (there are only 8 slots available!), then watch the other artists while enjoying a drink, before taking the stage yourself! Starting at 10 PM, the jam session begins! All musicians and singers are welcome to share the stage with others! Listening to others is the key element for the musical magic to happen...
