Sinds 1983 is Le Baiser Salé, "een emblematische venue op de Paris jazz scene" in eigen woorden, een Jazz & Soul muziekclub aan de 58 Rue des Lombards in Paris. Het werd opgericht door de Gibson brothers. Ook bekend als de Baiser Salé Jazz Club, omschrijft het zichzelf als "a bar that never sleeps". Le Baiser Salé organiseert jam sessions.
