Every Tuesday evening and sometimes on Thursdays, from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Sainte Nicole hosts dinner-concerts at Le Cancan Pigalle featuring musicians from the French New Wave movement. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover new talent from our rich national music scene! On Tuesday, May 12, Sainte Nicole invites EAUPALE to share the stage with Théo Nost. EAUPALE, originally from Cannes, made her artistic debut in London, where she has been developing her unique style since 2018. Her career is marked by numerous collaborations and a creative freedom fueled by the city’s diversity. She writes and sings in French and English, blending the two languages fluidly: her music oscillates between folk, pop, and electro. She draws inspiration from artists like MARO, Lizzy McAlpine, and Matt Corby. Her songs explore a quest for authenticity and personal identity. On stage, notably through Sofar Sounds, she delivers intimate, spellbinding performances. She also composes in the studio, surrounded by emerging and established artists. Her debut EP, scheduled for 2026, chronicles her six years in London. Now based in Paris, she continues to explore and evolve her musical universe. Théo Nost brings to life a luminous indie-folk pop, blending gentleness, energy, and sincerity. With HOPE, his debut EP released in June 2025, he launched a musical project driven by emotion, authenticity, and a desire to bring people together. On stage, he is joined by musicians to give his songs a lively and warm feel. Currently, Théo continues to expand his musical world with new tracks and collaborations, which can already be heard at select live shows. The concert will begin at 8:30 PM. You are welcome to arrive starting at 7:30 PM to ensure the best possible seating in the restaurant and to discover our wide selection of small homemade dishes prepared with love, as well as all our signature and classic cocktails. This will also give you the chance to start chatting with our artists and secure the best table! ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Reservations on this website are strongly recommended.
