Winok is a specialty coffee bar and micro-roastery on Avenue Louis Bertrand in Schaerbeek, near Parc Josaphat. It roasts its own coffee using a refurbished Probat P12 from the 1960s, and its bar serves coffee, craft beers and wines. By day it serves as a café and workspace; by evening it becomes a bar and concert venue. Winok hosts jam sessions on Thursdays and concerts on Saturday evenings.
