Villa D'Este

Named after an Italian city in the province of Vénétie: Villa D'Este is a cabaret at 86 Boulevard Masséna in Paris. Since 1930, when baron d'Este founded it, it began as a thé-dansant and became a dinner show after the Second World War. Under the name Rio Rita in the 1930s, it was one of the jazz hotspots in Paris. It hosts open mics, usually on Fridays.
