The Unusual is a specialty coffee bar, Belgian hot chocolate destination, and events venue on Rue Montagne aux Herbes Potagères 49, two minutes from Grand Place and next to Central Station in Brussels. Upstairs holds 120 people with a stage, DJ booth, disco ball, and a full bar; downstairs fits 30 people with a projector, speakers, and its own bar. It hosts jam sessions with musicians from Matonge and Saint-Gilles, booked acts on its stage, and open mic nights.
