An initiative of De Stadsnomaden VZW: 't Kadaster is a former police barracks on Alfons Pieterslaan in Ostend, temporarily adapted as a place for makers, neighbourhood and culture. De Stadsnomaden converted the vacant building into a creative hub where about 25 cultural and social initiatives have found shelter. It also has an espresso bar with thirty seats, run by barista Griet. 't Kadaster hosts concert jams and co-hosts several cultural events in the city.
