Since October 2019, Metaxu has been a barge on the Canal de l'Ourcq at Place de la Pointe in Pantin, next to the Magasins Généraux. It was previously moored in Belgium under the name Inside Out. Its indoor hall holds 150 standing places, and a terrace on the canal opens during fine weather. It is run by a former tour stage manager.
