Since 1983, Lou Paskalou has been a café-concert at 14 Rue des Panoyaux in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The café began as a bougnat serving the working-class population of eastern Paris, before the Mehenni family took it over in 1983. It is run today by Mohamed (Momo) and Mourad Mehenni, and hosts concert jams.
