Since 1997, when Franck took over the business, Le Saint Jean has hosted Paris jazzmen. On Rue des Abbesses in Paris's 18th arrondissement, petitfute.com describes its atmosphere as "quite intimate with beautiful woodwork." Its own site describes it as "a lively meeting point." Concert jams usually take place on Thursdays.
