    JamOdyssey acts as an aggregator of public information. The events, jams, open mics, and concerts listed on this platform are sourced from public submissions, community groups, and public online spaces (such as venue websites and social media).

    • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listing. Events may be canceled, rescheduled, or priced differently without our knowledge.
    • Age Limits & Venue Rules: All events are subject to the specific rules, age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+), and entry fees of the hosting venue. You are strictly responsible for verifying these details directly with the venue before attending.
    • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the creator(s) of JamOdyssey be held personally liable for any direct or indirect damages, travel costs, or losses incurred as a result of using the information provided on this platform.

    2. Content & Copyright (Notice and Take Down)

    We index and display event information and promotional flyers under the premise of fair use and the right to information, to help promote local artists and venues. We do not claim ownership of the promotional images, artist names, or venue trademarks displayed on the site.

    If you are an artist, venue owner, or copyright holder and wish for your event, profile, or promotional material to be modified or removed from JamOdyssey, please contact us at hello@jamodyssey.net. We will process removal requests promptly.

    3. Future Accounts & Performer Profiles

    As the platform evolves, we may allow artists and designated "hub managers" to create profiles and post events. If you are granted an account, you agree to provide accurate information and not to post any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any profile at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

    4. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
